Essential Responsible Areas:

• Support initiatives in the area of Order to Cash, including SAP integrations with external systems

• Operate as a functional lead analyst for SAP Order to Cash (OTC), with proficient knowledge of integrations with upstream and downstream modules such as MM, GRC and FI/CO.

• Partnership with stakeholders to translate business requirements into SAP solutions

• System configuration, integration testing, and support to UAT.

• Prepare documentation such as: functional specification, solution proposal, testing and training, etc

• Support different phases of the project, from business requirement towards hyper-care and knowledge transfer incluiding end users.

• Ensure adherence to global design, technical architecture, standards, audit and change management

• Support AMS activities and enhancement of the SAP for end user based on requirements

Professional & Education Qualifications:

• Complete Degree in IT area

• SAP Academy

• Advanced english

• Strong Knowledge of the SAP Sales & Distribution area functions and their interactions with other SAP modules.

• Brazilian Localization. Other LATAM localization will be a plus (Including E-invoice)

• In depth knowledge of end-to-end OTC processes areas including Order Management, Price determination, Order fulfillment and Shipping, Invoice Management, Inventory segmentation and management, Credit Management, and Reporting

• Experience designing and implementing SAP integrations with external EDI and 3rd party systems

• Experience and understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation

• Debugging knowledge
