Primary purpose of the position:

This person will play a key role in connecting IT SAP MM team to the Business, identifying optimal SAP technology solutions, and supporting projects, AMS and initiatives from planning to delivery globally, including SAP configuration and development process.

Essential Responsible Areas:

Support initiatives in the area of procure-to-pay (PTP), including SAP integrations with external systems

Operate as a functional lead analyst for SAP procure-to-pay (PTP), with proficient knowledge of integrations with upstream and downstream modules such as SD, GRC Inbound and FI/CO.

Partnership with stakeholders to translate business requirements into SAP solutions

System configuration, integration testing, and support to UAT.

Prepare documentation such as: functional specification, solution proposal, testing and training, etc

Support different phases of the project, from business requirement towards hyper-care and knowledge transfer incluiding end users.

Ensure adherence to global design, technical architecture, standards, audit and change management

Support AMS activities and enhancement of the SAP for end user based on requirement

Professional & Education Qualifications:

Complete Degree in IT area

SAP Academy

Experience in SAP MM/GRC as user with SAP Academy

Advanced english

Strong Knowledge of the SAP Material Management (IM) Process Flow area functions and their interactions with other SAP modules.

Brazilian Localization TAXBRA. Other LATAM localization will be a plus (Including E-invoice)

In depth knowledge of end-to-end PTP processes areas including Requisitions, Purchases and Contracts Management, Price determination, Tax assignments (J1BTAX), Goods Receipt (MIGO/VL31N) and Invoice Receipt (MIRO), Inventory segmentation and management, Release strategy and Reporting.

Experience designing and implementing SAP integrations with EDI and 3rd party systems.

Experience and understanding of the GRC Inbound Fiscal and Logistic Monitor.

Experience and understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation.

Debugging knowledge.
