An international industry leader is seeking a Head of IT LATAM to oversee its operations in Brazil and Latin America.

This high-impact role, based in Campinas, involves leading IT strategies and operations across Brazil, Mexico, and other countries while contributing to global leadership and innovation efforts. In this position, you will manage a team with direct oversight of the Brazil IT team and functional reporting for other LATAM countries. Responsibilities include defining IT strategies, managing IT infrastructure and applications, leading transformative projects, and ensuring alignment with business needs. You will also oversee financial aspects, negotiate supplier contracts, and implement IT policies, including security, disaster recovery, and service standards.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field and solid experience in IT and management. Expertise in business applications, process analysis, and project management is essential, along with strong people management skills. Fluency in English is required, and experience in manufacturing or logistics is highly valued.
