Our client is looking for a skilled and proactive Business Process Specialist – SAP IBP to join its Supply Chain Planning and IT transformation team. In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between business and technology functions, supporting the continuous improvement and digitalization of end-to-end planning processes using SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

You will work closely with global and regional process owners, supply chain teams, and IT stakeholders to design, implement, and enhance scalable and efficient planning solutions that drive business value. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with global and regional stakeholders to define and support the functional execution of business processes, particularly around SAP IBP.

• Act as a liaison between the business and IT to ensure requirements are translated into effective and scalable technology solutions.

• Lead the documentation and analysis of planning processes, recommending improvements and digital enablers.

• Act as Subject Matter Expert for SAP IBP modules, including S&OP, Supply & Response, and Inventory Planning.

• Drive and support the full S&OP cycle, including Forecasting, NPI, Supply Review, Scenario Planning, and Financial Planning input.

• Identify system gaps, propose solutions, and deliver configurations that meet business requirements.

• Lead functional specification activities and validate requirements in collaboration with IT.

• Stay informed about quarterly SAP IBP releases and advise on relevant updates that can enhance business outcomes.

• Support system testing, UAT, documentation, training, and go-live activities.

• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of supply chain processes and coordinate updates with related teams.

• Contribute to performance improvement initiatives through process analysis, change management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related fields.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise-class solutions using SAP IBP, especially in the S&OP, Supply & Response, and Inventory modules.

• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC integration points.

• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into actionable system configurations.

• Familiarity with SAP CI-DS and Demand Sensing is a plus.

• Experience in driving process transformation in large, global organizations.

• Solid analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Strong business acumen and understanding of supply chain planning principles.

• Hands-on configuration experience in SAP IBP with an understanding of testing methodologies.

• Knowledge of change management and training delivery.

• Fluent in English (written and verbal); Spanish is a plus.

• Previous experience in multinational or matrix organizations.
